Requirements
Communicating with agents, clients, lenders, title companies, and cooperating agents
Trafficking important documents such as addenda and escrow letters
Ensuring contractual timeline and deliverables are met by appropriate parties
Organizing closing day activities for agent and clients
Managing agent/broker platforms for compliance
Providing support to agents enabling them to grow their business pipeline
Serving as a liaison for the agent and client
